Helix TV offers a wide selection of channels for a variety of television programming, French, English and other:
- With every Helix TV subscription, you enjoy the Basic service, which offers 23 HD channels, including all the Canadian general-interest networks, access to Indigo and the pay-per-view TV service.
- The Trending channels, which come with all TV packages, include a wide selection of Quebec and international TV channels.
- The Sports selection offers a wide selection of Quebec and international sports channels.
- TV and movie buffs will love our Premium channels, such as Club illico and Vrai.
- A variety of top-quality music, international and sports channels in the pay-per-view offer will make your family happy.
You can change your channels or select on a pay-per-view basis others that would not be included in your Helix TV subscription. To do so, simply log in to My Account on Videotron’s website. Each Helix Internet and TV plan includes a Helix Fi gateway for the Wi-Fi connection, as well as a Helix TV terminal (with voice remote) linked to a TV with an HDMI input.
You can connect other TVs by adding a Helix TV terminal per TV or use the Helix TV app included in your plan to stream your content on your screens without a terminal.
Yes. With the Helix TV app, which is free with your Helix TV plan, you can watch your live channels, recordings, On Demand content and downloads on your phone. You can even do up to five simultaneous viewings on different screens.

With Helix, a TV plan is always paired with a Helix Internet plan, because it’s the Internet that powers the TV (IPTV).
Not at all! Helix technology is designed to provide an enhanced entertainment experience at the fastest Internet speeds.
On average, to achieve continuous Ultra High Definition (UHD or 4K) image quality, a connection with a minimum speed of approximately 25 Mbps is required. More speed is needed if you use several other connected and bandwidth-hungry devices at the same time. Helix’s unlimited Internet plans are tailored to your needs, with speeds starting at 30 Mbps.
Yes. Your Helix TV entertainment platform features a wide selection of exciting content, including everything on Netflix, Prime Video, and Club illico. However, a subscription to these services is required to use these apps.
Using the voice command, simply say “Netflix,” “Prime Video,” or “Club illico.” You can also access it by pressing the Helix button on your remote. Scroll to the Apps tile and select Netflix, Prime Video, Club illico, or another app of your choice.
Helix TV plans such as Absolute, All-In, Showtime, Sports Fan, Discovery, Sports Discovery or Light have changed their name, but still offer you a combination of the Basic channels and your choice of 5, 10, 15 or 25 Popular and Sports channels, not to mention the Premium and à la carte channels you can add to your plan.

Helix TV app content
Available on selected channels. Viewing content requires a Wi-Fi network connection and consumes data. Streaming of content, be it live, recorded, or on demand, is limited to Canada only. However, it is possible to stream content abroad that has previously been downloaded in Canada. Fees apply for movie rentals and for viewing pay-per-view content. The rental period for adult movies may vary according to the type of content selected.
Download and go
Downloading content requires a Wi-Fi network connection and uses up data. Available on selected content. Up to 15 downloads per device. Up to 5 devices per account may download content. Downloaded content is only accessible for 30 days.
Helix TV integrated apps
A membership is required to use Club illico, Vrai, ICI TOU.TV EXTRA, Netflix, Hayu, Toober and Prime Video apps.
Helix Internet and TV offer
This limited-time offer applies to new Helix customers who subscribe to Helix Internet and TV. The offer entails: (a) a discount of $288 upon purchase of the Helix Fi 2 gateway, and a discount of $192 upon purchase of the Helix TV terminal, conditional upon subscription to a Helix Internet and Helix TV plan with a 24-month agreement and maintenance of said subscription (the discounts for the gateway and terminal will appear on the first invoice); (b) a lifetime promotional discount of $16 per month, conditional upon customer maintaining their subscription to a Helix Internet and Television plan with a minimum monthly service rate (before any discount or credit, and excluding options, miscellaneous fees, and taxes) of $115; and a combined discount of $12 per month, for life, conditional upon subscription and maintenance to the Unlimited 400 Internet and TV 10 Popular & Sports choices plan. The combined discount is not applicable to another plan and is non-transferable; and (c) the offer includes one (1) Premium choice among Club illico (default), Superstations, or Super Channel when the customer subscribes to a Helix Internet and TV plan (excluding Basic TV). The Premium choice is valid exclusively for new customers who subscribe to a Helix Internet and TV plan, and is conditional upon customer maintaining their subscription.
